I happen to have lemongrass growing outside of my kitchen, and this time of year ginger is a main staple in our house to combat winter-time flu season! To top it off, bubbles make it better.
And it's a great combo!
Sparkling Green Tea Ginger Lemongrass
Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Serves: 4-5
Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup sugar (or substitute with Stevia)
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 2 inch piece ginger
- 1 cup brewed VitaCup Green Tea
- 1 cup lemongrass/ginger simple syrup
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups filtered water
- Sparkling water to taste
